We only use comfortable and durable Gildan shirts of 100% cotton.  They work especially well with our heatpress as well.  Care is easy.  The shirts should be washed in cold water with no bleach.  Allow the t shirts to air dry.  This will ensure the pattern will last long as the shirt will.
